Tukwila, Wash - Hope Solo will appear at the Henry T. Schatz Boys & Girls Club to meet staff, kids, fans, and present a $5,000 check to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound. The National Team goalkeeper will be at the “Hope Center” on Tuesday, December 18th, from 3:00-4:30pm.

Sounders Women ownership will accompany Hope Solo as she tours the HOPE Center, signs autographs, and presents a donation check to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound. Along with middle school and elementary school kids from the Boys and Girls Club, all fans are invited to come and meet the USA goalkeeper for photos and autographs. Fans will be allowed to bring memorabilia of their choice for signing.

The Hope Solo donation was raised from contributions from Solo and the Sounders Women for each of her shutouts earned during her 2012 season with the Sounders.
